Service Use

You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. You may not misuse the platform or violate applicable law.

Billing

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscription renewals, upgrades, and cancellations are managed through your billing portal.

Liability

Vuuzy is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vuuzy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
